Those Called By God Have Been Justified

Theme for the Week: THE BELIEVER'S RESPONSE TO GOD'S ELECTION

Reading: Romans 8:29-30
_______________________

‭‭Romans‬ ‭8:30‬ ‭NIV‬‬
[30] And those he predestined, he also called; those he called, he also justified; those he justified, he also glorified.

God's redemptive plan for man begins with God's foreknowledge and predestination for believers to be transformed into the likeness of His Son, Jesus Christ.

Central to this divine calling is the truth of justification, where God declares believers righteous based on the atoning work of Christ.

Beloved friend, let us show gratitude, confidence, and a responsibility to live in accordance with this justification, allowing the Holy Spirit to continue the transformative work and reflecting the glorious image of Christ to the world.
Stay blessed. Shalom.

Let's Pray:
Heavenly Father, we praise You. Lord, may we walk in a renewed mind to be conformed to Your call, in Jesus' name. Amen.

Whose Side Are You?

Theme for the Week: THE BELIEVER'S RESPONSE TO GOD'S ELECTION

Reading: James 2:5-9
_______________________

‭‭James‬ ‭2:8‬ ‭NIV‬‬
[8] If you really keep the royal law found in Scripture, “Love your neighbor as yourself,” you are doing right.

Today, we see a challenge to align our attitudes and actions with God's values, particularly in how we treat others based on societal status.

God's election, seen in His choice of the poor to be rich in faith, urges believers to value people according to His standards rather than worldly norms.

The message prompts self-examination, urging us to stand on the side of God's kingdom by practicing humility, love, and obedience, rejecting favoritism and embodying the royal law of loving neighbors as ourselves.

By doing so, we authentically respond to God's election, reflecting His love and justice, and extending His grace to a world in need of Christ's transformative love.
Shalom.

Let's Pray:
Heavenly Father, we bless You. Lord, help us to choose as You have chosen, in Jesus' name. Amen.

Chosen To Be Holy And Blameless In His Sight

Theme for the Week: THE BELIEVER'S RESPONSE TO GOD'S ELECTION

Reading: Ephesians 1:3-5
_______________________

Ephesians 1:4 KJV
[4]According as He hath chosen us in Him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before Him in love:

In God's boundless love, He intentionally chose us before the creation of the world.

This divine election carries the sacred purpose of transforming us into vessels of holiness and blamelessness.

Dear friend, let us embrace this calling, that our lives become a testament to God's transformative power, reflecting the profound reality of being chosen to embody His love and righteousness in the world.
Selah.

Let's Pray:
Heavenly Father, we praise You. Lord, may we be holy and blameless in Your sight, in Jesus' name. Amen.

Called To Share In The Glory Of Christ

Theme for the Week: THE BELIEVER'S RESPONSE TO GOD'S ELECTION

Reading: 2 Thessalonians 2:13-14
_______________________

‭‭2 Thessalonians‬ ‭2:14‬ ‭NIV‬‬
[14] He called you to this through our gospel, that you might share in the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Today's message underscores the apostle Paul's gratitude for God's choosing of believers as firstfruits, saved through the work of the Holy Spirit and belief in the gospel truth, and highlights that this divine calling extends beyond salvation to an invitation to partake in the glory of Christ.

This call inspires thanksgiving, humility, sanctification, and a fervent commitment to share the gospel.

As believers, we are encouraged to live in a manner worthy of this calling, nurturing our relationship with God and proclaiming the transformative power of God's election to a world in need, as we embrace the privilege of being chosen, sanctified, and called to share in the enduring glory of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Stay blessed.

Let's Pray:
Heavenly Father, we thank You for Your call. Lord, may we share in the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ. Amen.

A Holy Calling

Theme for the Week: THE BELIEVER'S RESPONSE TO GOD'S ELECTION

Reading: 2 Timothy 1:6-14
_______________________

‭‭2 Timothy‬ ‭1:9‬ ‭NIV‬‬
[9] He has saved us and called us to a holy life—not because of anything we have done but because of his own purpose and grace. This grace was given us in Christ Jesus before the beginning of time,

Just like Timothy, we are called to embrace the gift of God and the empowerment of the Holy Spirit within us, and to dispell fear and timidity. We must not be ashamed of testifying about the Lord or enduring suffering for the gospel's sake.

God has saved and called us to a holy life, anchored in His purpose and grace, revealed through Christ's redemptive work.

Let us, thus, stand firm, guarding the truth amidst challenges, and passionately fulfilling our chosen purpose by fanning into flame the gifts within, unashamedly proclaiming the gospel and living as beacons of God's transformative grace and light in the world.
Stay blessed.

Let's Pray:
Heavenly Father, we praise You. Lord, set us on fire for Your call, in Jesus' name. Amen.
