Jesus Is The Only Way To The Father

Theme for the Week: THE RELEVANCE OF THE JEWS TO OUR SALVATION

Reading: John 14:5-7
_______________________

‭‭John‬ ‭14:6‬ ‭NIV‬‬
[6] Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.

It is essential to understand that Jesus is not merely one of many ways to God, but the only way. His words are not exclusionary but instead an invitation to all who seek eternal life and a restored relationship with the Father.

The Jewish people have a unique place in our faith's history, as they were the ones who received and preserved God's Word, leading up to the fulfillment of that Word in the person of Jesus Christ.

May we embrace the truth that Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life, and let His love and sacrifice be the focal point of our faith and our message of salvation to the world.
Shalom.

Let's Pray:

Heavenly Father, we praise You. Lord God, reveal Jesus to us and show us the way to You, in Jesus' name. Amen.

God Is Spirit

Theme for the Week: THE RELEVANCE OF THE JEWS TO OUR SALVATION

Reading: John 4:21-24
_______________________

John 4:24 NIV

[24] God is Spirit, and His worshippers must worship in the Spirit and in truth.

God is not confined to a physical form or place. He is spirit, and therefore, our worship of Him must be spiritual and truthful. It's not about rituals or external locations; it's about the condition of our hearts and the authenticity of our worship.

The Jewish people played a pivotal role in God's plan, and through them, our Savior, Jesus Christ, came into the world. Their story is a testament to God's faithfulness and His ability to work through specific people and events to bring salvation to all.

As we reflect on the relevance of the Jews to our salvation, let us remember that our faith is spiritual, and our worship of the Almighty is not confined to any earthly boundaries.
Shalom.

Let's Pray:
Heavenly Father, we praise You. Lord, fill us with Your zeal that our worship will be of truth and spirit, in Jesus' name. Amen.

There Is Hope For The Unbelieving Person

Theme for the Week: THERE IS HOPE FOR THE UNBELIEVING PERSONS/ PEOPLE

Reading: Luke 23:42-43
_______________________

‭‭Luke‬ ‭23:43‬ ‭NIV‬‬
[43] Jesus answered him, “Truly I tell you, today you will be with me in paradise.”

It is never too late to turn to Christ, to seek His forgiveness, and to find hope. No matter how far one may have strayed from faith or how burdened by their past, Jesus is ready to offer forgiveness and the assurance of a better future.

Knowing this, let us remember that it's our role, like the repentant criminal, to humbly turn to Jesus and acknowledge Him as our Lord and Savior. In doing so, we find the promise of eternal life, just as the criminal did.

Additionally, let us extend this message of hope to those around us, especially to those who may be struggling with unbelief. Remind them that Jesus is a loving and merciful Savior who welcomes all who seek Him with an open heart.
Stay blessed. Shalom.

Let's Pray:
Heavenly Father, we praise You. Lord, remember us in Your kingdom, in Jesus' name. Amen.

Paul's Calling

Theme for the Week: THERE IS HOPE FOR THE UNBELIEVING PERSONS/ PEOPLE

Reading: Acts 9:1-6
_______________________

‭‭Acts‬ ‭9:6‬ ‭NIV‬‬
[6] “Now get up and go into the city, and you will be told what you must do.”

Saul's encounter with Jesus transformed him from a persecutor of the faith into one of its most fervent advocates. He became the apostle Paul, spreading the message of Christ to the ends of the earth.

This story is a beacon of hope for unbelievers because it reminds us that even the most zealous opponents of the faith can experience a radical transformation through a personal encounter with Christ.

Just as Paul was called to a new life, so too can unbelievers find hope and purpose in embracing the call of Jesus. With Jesus, there is always hope for a new beginning, no matter one's past or unbelief.
Shalom.

Let's Pray:
Heavenly Father, we praise You. Lord, may we have an encounter with You, in Jesus' name. Amen.

God Is Merciful

Theme for the Week: THERE IS HOPE FOR THE UNBELIEVING PERSONS/ PEOPLE

Reading: Jonah 3:1-5
_______________________

‭‭Jonah‬ ‭3:2‬ ‭NIV‬‬
[2] “Go to the great city of Nineveh and proclaim to it the message I give you.”

God's mercy knows no bounds. No matter how wayward or unbelieving a person or community may be, God is always ready to extend His hand of mercy when there is genuine repentance.

God is eager to forgive, transform, and grant a fresh start to those who turn to Him with contrite hearts.

No matter how far someone may have strayed, remind them of God's loving mercy, as demonstrated in the story of Nineveh. Encourage them to turn to God in humility and faith, for He is ready to offer forgiveness and hope.

Let's Pray:
Heavenly Father, we praise You. Lord, through Your mercy, reach out to all men, in Jesus' name. Amen.

Believe In The Lord Jesus Christ

Theme for the Week: THERE IS HOPE FOR THE UNBELIEVING PERSONS/ PEOPLE

Reading: Acts 16:25-31
_______________________

‭‭Acts‬ ‭16:31‬ ‭NIV‬‬
[31] They replied, “Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved—you and your household.”

This message is a beacon of hope for all who may be struggling with unbelief or facing the darkness of life's challenges. It reminds us that no situation is beyond the reach of God's grace. Even in the depths of despair, there is an opportunity for a life-altering encounter with Jesus Christ.

Belief in the Lord Jesus Christ is not just about intellectual assent; it's about surrendering our lives to Him, acknowledging His lordship, and trusting in His redemptive work.

As we reflect on this passage, let us consider how we can share this message of hope with those who are yet to believe. Our lives are a living testimony to the transformative power of faith in Christ. By our words and actions, we can point others to the same hope that changed the jailer's life.
Stay blessed.

Let's Pray:
Heavenly Father, we praise You. Lord, may we never grow weary in faith, but profess it at all times that men may see and believe in the Lord Jesus Christ. Amen.

No One Is Outside The Wall

Theme for the Week: THERE IS HOPE FOR THE UNBELIEVING PERSONS/ PEOPLE

Reading: Acts 10:34-35
_______________________

‭‭Acts‬ ‭10:34‬ ‭NIV‬‬
[34] Then Peter began to speak: “I now realize how true it is that God does not show favoritism

Do you feel excluded or distant from God? There is hope for you in the Lord. Regardless of where you come from or what you've experienced, you are not outside the wall of God's love and grace.

No one is beyond the reach of God's transformative power. Just as Peter's eyes were opened to this truth, may we also recognize the beauty of God's all-encompassing love, recognizing that God's grace is extended to every person, from every corner of the world.

As followers of Christ, we are called to reflect this same attitude of acceptance and love. Let us be messengers of hope, sharing the good news that there is room for everyone in God's family.
Shalom.

Let's Pray:
Heavenly Father, we praise You. Lord, may all men recognize the beauty of Your all-encompassing love and be drawn to it, in Jesus' name. Amen.

The God Of Second Chances

Theme for the Week: THERE IS HOPE FOR THE UNBELIEVING PERSONS/ PEOPLE

Reading: Luke 13:6-9
_______________________

‭‭Luke‬ ‭13:8‬ ‭NIV‬‬
[8] “ ‘Sir,’ the man replied, ‘leave it alone for one more year, and I’ll dig around it and fertilize it.

This parable is a powerful reminder that our Heavenly Father is a God of second chances. He is patient and compassionate, giving us time to repent, grow, and bear the fruits of righteousness. Just as the gardener was willing to invest more time in the unfruitful tree, God invests His grace and love in us, allowing us opportunities to turn our lives around.

Are there areas in your life where you've felt spiritually unfruitful or disconnected from God? It's essential to remember that it's never too late for a fresh start. God's love and forgiveness are always available to those who seek it with a contrite heart.

In a world that often seems quick to judge and condemn, let us be ambassadors of God's patience and second chances. Through our actions and attitudes, we can reflect the transformative power of God's grace. Just as the fig tree had another year to bear fruit, may we offer hope, love, and second chances to those in need.
Selah.

Let's Pray:
Heavenly Father, we praise You. Lord, may Your loving kindness never ceases toward Your people, in Jesus' name. Amen.

There Is Hope For The Unbelieving Persons/People

Theme for the Week: THERE IS HOPE FOR THE UNBELIEVING PERSONS/ PEOPLE

Reading: Romans 11:1-10
_______________________

‭‭Romans‬ ‭11:5‬ ‭NIV‬‬
[5] So too, at the present time there is a remnant chosen by grace.

Throughout last week, we focused on dealing with unbelief. This week, we shall explore the hope for the unbelieving person.

Just as in Paul's time, there are people around us who may not believe in God or His promises. But we are called to be messengers of hope, remembering that God's love knows no boundaries. He desires that all may come to faith and salvation.

Hope for the unbelieving is not a distant dream but a reality that we can actively participate in. By our actions, our prayers, and our unwavering love, we can be instruments of God's grace in the lives of those who doubt.

As we go about our lives, let us remember that our mission is not only to strengthen the faith of believers but also to nurture hope in the hearts of those who are yet to believe. Let us never lose hope in the power of transformation, for even the most hardened hearts can be softened by the touch of God's love.
Stay blessed.

Let's Pray:
Heavenly Father, we praise You. Lord, may we be instructions of hope to those filled with unbelief, in Jesus' name. Amen.

There Is Power In Praise To Our God

Theme for the Week: DEALING WITH UNBELIEF

Reading: Acts 16:25-28
________________________

‭‭Acts‬ ‭16:25‬ ‭NIV‬‬
[25] About midnight Paul and Silas were praying and singing hymns to God, and the other prisoners were listening to them.

This passage teaches us that when we choose to praise God, even in the midst of trials and challenges, we tap into a divine power that can break the chains of unbelief in our own lives. Praise lifts our focus from our circumstances to the One who is greater than any challenge we face.

So, when unbelief tries to creep into our hearts, remember the example of Paul and Silas. Choose to praise and worship God, even when the situation seems dire. In your praise, you'll find the strength to break free from the chains of doubt and open doors to God's miraculous intervention in your life.

There is indeed power in praise to our God, and it can dispel unbelief, usher in His presence, and bring about life-changing miracles. So, let your heart be filled with praise, and witness the transformation it can bring to your life and the lives of those around you.
Stay blessed. Shalom.

Let's Pray:
Almighty Lord, we adore you, for You great and mighty to be praised. Father, may we be transformed for Your glory as we praise You, in Jesus' name. Amen.

The Grace Of The Lord Jesus Christ Be Upon You

Theme for the Week: DEALING WITH UNBELIEF

Reading: 1 Timothy 1:11-15
_______________________

‭‭1 Timothy‬ ‭1:14‬ ‭NIV‬‬
[14] The grace of our Lord was poured out on me abundantly, along with the faith and love that are in Christ Jesus.

The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ has the ability to touch even the most hardened hearts and the most entrenched unbelief. It's a grace that brings forgiveness, redemption, and new beginnings.

The same grace that transformed Paul's life is available to us as well. No matter how deep our doubts or struggles, the grace of Jesus can break through and turn unbelief into unwavering faith. No one is beyond the reach of God's grace.

Brethren, let us open our hearts to God's transforming love and allow it to work in us, just as it did in Paul, so that we can become bearers of the "glorious good news" to those around us.
Shalom.

Let's Pray:
Heavenly Father, we praise You. Lord God, may the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ be upon us, in Jesus' name. Amen.

Repent And Believe The Good News

Theme for the Week: DEALING WITH UNBELIEF

Reading: Mark 1:14-15
_______________________

‭‭Mark‬ ‭1:15‬ ‭NIV‬‬
[15] “The time has come,” he said. “The kingdom of God has come near. Repent and believe the good news!”

The "good news" Jesus speaks of is the message of salvation, hope, and reconciliation with God. It's an assurance that in Christ, we find the ultimate remedy for unbelief and the answers to life's deepest questions.

When we choose to repent and believe this good news, we allow our faith to grow, and our doubts are replaced with trust in God's plan. We recognize that the kingdom of God is not some distant concept but a present reality that we can experience in our lives.

Beloved friend, let us remember that faith is a choice, and it begins with repentance and belief. Let us choose to believe so that we will experience the kingdom of God in our lives now and forever.
Selah.

Let's Pray:
Heavenly Father, we praise You. Lord, draw us closer to Yourself and take away every veil of unbelief from us, in Jesus' name. Amen.

Lord, Increase Our Faith

Theme for the Week: DEALING WITH UNBELIEF

Reading: Matthew 17:14-20
_______________________

‭‭Matthew‬ ‭17:20‬ ‭NIV‬‬
[20] He replied, “Because you have so little faith. Truly I tell you, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you.”

This passage reminds us of the incredible potential of faith. Even a small, mustard seed-sized faith can move mountains. But it also highlights how unbelief or lack of faith can hinder us from experiencing God's power in our lives.

When facing challenges, doubts, or situations that seem insurmountable, it's crucial to remember the disciples' plea, "Lord, increase our faith." It's an acknowledgment that our faith may be limited, but we can turn to God to strengthen it.

Dear friend, let us not be discouraged by moments of doubt but seek to nurture and grow our faith through prayer, studying God's Word, and relying on His grace.
Shalom.

Let's Pray:
Heavenly Father, we praise You. Lord, increase our faith, in Jesus' name. Amen.

A Prophet Without Honour

Theme for the Week: DEALING WITH UNBELIEF

Reading: Matthew 13:53-57
_______________________

‭‭Matthew‬ ‭13:57‬ ‭NIV‬‬
[57] And they took offense at him. But Jesus said to them, “A prophet is not without honor except in his own town and in his own home.”

Today's story serves as a poignant reminder that sometimes even the most extraordinary messages and messengers may be disregarded or dismissed, especially in familiar surroundings. It's a warning against letting familiarity breed unbelief.

As we reflect on this passage, we should consider our own lives. Are we open to receiving wisdom and truth from unexpected sources, or do we allow our familiarity and biases to blind us to the profound messages that can come from unexpected places?

Let us remain open-hearted and receptive to the divine wisdom that may be presented to us, even in the most unexpected forms.
Shalom.

Let's Pray:
Heavenly Father, we praise You. Lord, help us approach life with an open heart, ready to accept Your wisdom wherever it may be found, in Jesus' name. Amen.

Warning Against Unbelief

Theme for the Week: DEALING WITH UNBELIEF

Reading: Hebrews 3:7-15
_______________________

‭‭Hebrews‬ ‭3:12‬ ‭NIV‬‬
[12] See to it, brothers and sisters, that none of you has a sinful, unbelieving heart that turns away from the living God.

As believers, we are called to fix our thoughts on God, to hear His voice, and to guard our hearts against the deceitfulness of sin. Unbelief can creep in when we allow the noise of doubt and fear to drown out the still, small voice of God.

This passage encourages us to exhort one another daily, helping each other stay steadfast in our faith. In times of doubt, we must come together as a community of believers, spurring one another on in faith.

Remember, unbelief can be contagious, but so can faith. Let us heed to the call to trust in God's promises and to persevere in faith, clinging to our faith, and encouraging one another to remain faithful, even in the face of doubt and trials.
Stay blessed.

Let's Pray:
Heavenly Father, we praise You. Lord, quicken us to be active to the still, small voice of You within that we will have no doubt or fear, in Jesus' name. Amen.

Dealing With Unbelief

Theme for the Week: DEALING WITH UNBELIEF

Reading: Romans 10:16-21
_______________________

Romans 10:17 KJV
[17]So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.

Sometimes, we may struggle with doubt or unbelief, but we must remember that faith is nurtured by God's Word. In moments of doubt, immerse yourself in the Scriptures, seek the truth, and let the Word of God strengthen your faith.

Unbelief can be a stumbling block, but Paul also reminds us that not everyone will believe. We cannot control the beliefs of others, but we can control our own faith.

Trust in God's sovereignty and His perfect plan. Let your faith shine as a beacon of hope to those around you.
Stay blessed.

Let's Pray:
Heavenly Father, we praise You. Lord, may we grow in faith that we will shine as beacon of hope to others, in Jesus' name. Amen.

A Duty To Preach The Good News

Theme for the Week: REACH OUT TO THE LOST

Reading: Acts 8:26-34
_______________________

‭‭Acts‬ ‭8:31‬ ‭NIV‬‬
[31] “How can I,” he said, “unless someone explains it to me?” So he invited Philip to come up and sit with him.

Today's passage of Scripture underscores our obligation as believers to be like Philip, to be the ones who guide those who are seeking, to be the messengers of God's love and salvation.

We have a duty to preach the good news, for how can others understand and believe unless someone shares the message with them?

As we go forth in our mission to reach out to the lost, let us be attentive to the leading of the Holy Spirit, just as Philip was. Let us be willing to engage with those who are searching for answers, offering guidance and sharing the good news of Jesus Christ.
Stay blessed. Shalom.

Let's Pray:

Tell Others About Your Experience With Jesus Christ

Theme for the Week: REACH OUT TO THE LOST

Reading: John 4:39-42
_______________________

‭‭John‬ ‭4:39‬ ‭NIV‬‬
[39] Many of the Samaritans from that town believed in him because of the woman’s testimony, “He told me everything I ever did.”

What a powerful example of how sharing our experiences with Christ can lead others to Him! Your story, your journey with Jesus, holds the potential to inspire and lead the lost to salvation.

People often relate more to personal experiences and genuine encounters than to theological debates.

In reaching out to the lost, let us remember the Samaritan woman's example. Share your experiences with Jesus, how He has transformed your life, and the hope and joy He brings. Your story could be the very thing that draws others to Him, so be bold and unashamed in sharing your encounters with Jesus Christ.
Shalom.

Let's Pray:
Heavenly Father, we praise You. Lord, give us the courage to share our encounters with Christ, in Jesus' name. Amen.

Do The Work Of An Evangelist

Theme for the Week: REACH OUT TO THE LOST

Reading: 2 Timothy 4:3-5
_______________________

‭‭2 Timothy‬ ‭4:5‬ ‭NIV‬‬
[5] But you, keep your head in all situations, endure hardship, do the work of an evangelist, discharge all the duties of your ministry.

As followers of Christ, we live in a world where spiritual confusion and false teachings abound. But in the face of these challenges, we are exhorted to stand firm, to be vigilant, and to actively engage in the work of an evangelist.

This means more than simply sharing the gospel; it involves embracing the responsibility of teaching and sharing the truth of Christ, even when it's not popular or comfortable.

We are called to proclaim the Good News with compassion and conviction, reaching out to those who are lost and in need of God's grace.
Stay blessed.

Let's Pray:
Heavenly Father, we praise You. Lord, empower us by the Holy Spirit to do the work of an evangelist, in Jesus' name. Amen.

Jesus Is Able To Save

Theme for the Week: REACH OUT TO THE LOST

Reading: Hebrews 7:23-26
_______________________

‭‭Hebrews‬ ‭7:25‬ ‭NIV‬‬
[25] Therefore He is able to save completely those who come to God through Him, because He always lives to intercede for them.

Unlike the priests of old who were limited by mortality, Jesus stands as the eternal High Priest, able to save to the uttermost. His saving power knows no bounds, transcending time, circumstances, and sins.

In our mission to reach out to the lost, let us remember this remarkable truth.
Jesus is not constrained by human limitations or the depths of our brokenness. He is fully capable of saving even those we might think are beyond redemption.

As we engage with those who are lost and in need of salvation, let our hearts be filled with the assurance that Jesus, the High Priest who lives forever, is working tirelessly to intercede for them.
Selah.

Let's Pray:
Heavenly Father, we praise You. Lord, may every lost soul be drawn to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ by Your Spirit. Amen.

The Name Of Jesus Heals And Restores

Theme for the Week: REACH OUT TO THE LOST

Reading: Acts 4:8-12
_______________________

‭‭Acts‬ ‭4:12‬ ‭NIV‬
[12] Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved.”

The name of Jesus is not limited to one aspect of our lives. It heals our brokenness, restores our hope, and saves us from sin.

In the same way, it can bring healing and restoration to those who have lost their way, just as it did to the lame, whether physically, emotionally, or spiritually.

We are called to be bearers of this powerful name, introducing it to the lost and broken, much like Peter and John did. Let us embrace the role we play in revealing the healing and restorative nature of Jesus to a world in need.
Blessings!

Let's Pray:
Heavenly Father, we praise You. Lord God, may You heal, restore and save all who calls on Jesus Christ, by the power of the Holy Spirit. Amen.

The Name Of Jesus Is Powerful To Save

Theme for the Week: REACH OUT TO THE LOST

Reading: Acts 3:1-10
_______________________

‭‭Acts‬ ‭3:6‬ ‭NIV‬‬
[6] Then Peter said, “Silver or gold I do not have, but what I do have I give you. In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, walk.

Today's passage reminds us that the name of Jesus is not just a word; it carries the authority and power of our Lord and Savior. It has the ability to heal the broken, mend the wounded, and save the lost.

When we encounter those who are spiritually or emotionally broken, we, too, possess the name of Jesus. We have the privilege to share it with them, offering the hope of transformation and salvation.

As followers of Christ, we are called to reach out to the lost, just as Peter and John did. We may not have material riches to give, but we have something far greater—the life-changing name of Jesus.
Stay blessed.

Let's Pray:

Reach Out To The Lost

Theme for the Week: REACH OUT TO THE LOST

Reading: Romans 10:11-15
_______________________

‭‭Romans‬ ‭10:15‬ ‭NIV‬‬
[15] And how can anyone preach unless they are sent? As it is written: “How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news!”

It is not enough to know that righteousness comes through faith in Jesus Christ as learnt over the past weeks. We are called to play a vital role as messengers of God's love and salvation.

It is our duty and privilege to share the good news with those who have yet to hear it. God's grace is available to all who believe, but they must first hear about Jesus, believe in Him, and call upon His name.

Let us not forget the lost souls who are searching for meaning, hope, and salvation. By reaching out to the lost, we are participating in God's divine plan to bring all people into His loving embrace.
Stay blessed.

Let's Pray:

Let Righteousness Flourish

Theme for the Week: RIGHTEOUSNESS THROUGH FAITH IN JESUS CHRIST

Reading: Isaiah 45:5-8
_______________________

‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭45:8‬ ‭NIV‬‬
[8] “You heavens above, rain down my righteousness; let the clouds shower it down. Let the earth open wide, let salvation spring up, let righteousness flourish with it; I, the Lord, have created it.

Isaiah 45 speaks of God's sovereignty and His ability to use even unlikely means to accomplish His purposes.

God desires righteousness to flourish. He is the source of true righteousness, and through faith in Jesus Christ, we can tap into this divine source.

Just as the rain and salvation come down from heaven, we should be channels of God's righteousness, allowing it to flow from us to others.
Stay blessed.

Let's Pray:
Heavenly Father, we praise You. Lord, may we be vessels through which your righteousness would flow to the world, in Jesus' name. Amen.

The Holy Spirit And Righteousness

Theme for the Week: RIGHTEOUSNESS THROUGH FAITH IN JESUS CHRIST

Reading: John 16:1-10
_______________________

‭‭John‬ ‭16:8‬ ‭NIV‬‬
[8] When he comes, he will prove the world to be in the wrong about sin and righteousness and judgment:

When it comes to righteousness, the Holy Spirit plays a vital role in revealing God's standard of righteousness to us.

The Holy Spirit serves as our divine guide, leading us toward a deeper understanding of what it means to live in accordance with God's righteous ways.

Let us remain open to the Holy Spirit's guidance, seeking His presence in our lives, that we'll find ourselves continually transformed, becoming more like Christ.
Shalom.

Let's Pray:
Heavenly Father, we praise You. Holy Spirit, empower us to live lives that are pleasing to God, that we will bear the fruits of righteousness, in Jesus' name. Amen.
