The Scriptures are not merely words on a page; they are living and active, penetrating to the depths of our souls and transforming our lives. Through the Word, we gain wisdom, understanding, and discernment to navigate the complexities of life and ministry.

As you strive to be a servant of God's mystery, immerse yourself in the Word of God. Let it be your constant companion, guiding you in truth and righteousness. Allow its teachings to shape your beliefs, attitudes, and actions, molding you into the image of Christ.

Through the study of Scripture, we are equipped for every good work. Whether it be preaching the gospel, ministering to the brokenhearted, or serving those in need, the Word of God provides us with the tools we need to fulfill our calling.

Servants Of God's Mystery Are Set Apart For The Gospel

Theme for the Week: STRIVE TO BE A SERVANT OF GOD'S MYSTERY

Reading: Acts 13

‭‭Acts 13:2 NIV‬‬
[2] While they were worshiping the Lord and fasting, the Holy Spirit said, “Set apart for me Barnabas and Saul for the work to which I have called them.”

Paul and Barnabas were set apart for the work to which God had called them. They were commissioned by the Holy Spirit and the church in Antioch to embark on a journey to proclaim the gospel to the Gentiles.

Likewise, as servants of God's mystery, we too are called to be set apart for the gospel. This means being dedicated to the proclamation of the good news of Jesus Christ, both in word and deed. It involves a willingness to step out in faith, trusting in the leading of the Holy Spirit, just as Paul and Barnabas did.

Being set apart for the gospel also entails a separation from the ways of the world. It requires a commitment to holy living. We are called to be a distinct people, shining as lights in the darkness and drawing others to the truth of God's love and grace.
