Chosen To Share An Inheritance With Christ

Theme for the Week: CHOSEN FOR THE PRAISE OF GOD'S GLORY

Reading: Romans 8:14-17
_______________________

‭‭Romans‬ ‭8:17‬ ‭NIV‬‬
[17] Now if we are children, then we are heirs—heirs of God and co-heirs with Christ, if indeed we share in his sufferings in order that we may also share in his glory.

As children of God, we are not just chosen; we are adopted into His divine family. Picture the enormity of this truth – heirs, co-heirs with Christ, destined to share in an inheritance beyond earthly measure. Such is the magnitude of our calling.

Embrace the privilege of sharing in Christ's inheritance, a legacy marked by grace, redemption, and eternal glory. Let this reality shape your identity and purpose.

Walk in the light of this revelation, let it infuse every aspect of your existence with joy and purpose. Live as one who shares in the divine inheritance, reflecting the glory of the Father and the grace bestowed through Christ.
Shalom.

Let's Pray:
Heavenly Father, we praise You. Lord, may You count us worthy to share in the glory of Christ, in Jesus' name. Amen.

The Blood Of Jesus Purifies Us From All Sin

Theme for the Week: GOD'S GRACIOUS EMPOWERMENT FOR CHRISTIAN GROWTH (2)

Reading: 1 John 1:5-9
_______________________

‭‭1 John‬ ‭1:7‬ ‭NIV‬‬
[7] But if we walk in the light, as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus, His Son, purifies us from all sin.

God is light, and in Him, there is no darkness at all. As children of the light, we are called to walk in His ways. Yet, being human, we may falter and stumble into the shadows of sin.

However, in those moments, we are reminded of the potent remedy found in the blood of Jesus. The blood of Jesus holds unparalleled purifying power. It cleanses us from all sin when we confess and turn from our wrongdoing.

Our role in this process is simple yet profound: confession. As we acknowledge our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us and purify us from all unrighteousness.
Selah.

Let's Pray:
Heavenly Father, we praise You. Lord, we acknowledge our sins and we seek for forgiveness. May You help us to walk in the light, in Jesus' name. Amen.
