Deuteronomy 24:14 NIV
[14] Do not take advantage of a hired worker who is poor and needy, whether that worker is a fellow Israelite or a foreigner residing in one of your towns.
This passage is a call to lead with fairness and integrity. We are reminded not to exploit or neglect those in our employment, particularly those who rely on their wages for daily needs.
It is easy to become absorbed in profit or efficiency, but God calls us to see each worker as a person made in His image, deserving of respect and just treatment.
When we care for the needs of those who work for us, we honor God’s principles and reflect His compassion.

Loving Father, thank You for showing us Your heart for justice and compassion. Teach us to lead with fairness and to serve with integrity, honoring the dignity of every person, in Jesus' name. Amen.
