[21] Therefore, get rid of all moral filth and the evil that is so prevalent and humbly accept the word planted in you, which can save you.
Moral filth can take many forms—whether it's the things we entertain ourselves with, the words we speak, or the attitudes we harbor in our hearts.
Getting rid of all moral filth is essential for anyone who desires to walk as a child of light.
This requires a commitment to purity, a willingness to be corrected by God's Word, and a humble spirit that seeks to be continually molded by His truth.
