[25] Since we live by the Spirit, let us keep in step with the Spirit.
As believers, there is this internal struggle we face between our sinful inclinations and the transformative work of the Holy Spirit within us.
Living by the Spirit means allowing God's presence to permeate every aspect of our being. It means yielding our will to His guidance, surrendering our desires to His leading, and allowing Him to produce His fruit in our lives.
As we reflect on the mercy of God that has redeemed us from moral depravity, let us not take lightly the privilege and responsibility of living by the Spirit. Let us actively cultivate a life of intimacy with God, through prayer, meditation on His Word, and fellowship with other believers.
