God's divine power has given us everything we need for a life of godliness through our knowledge of Him who called us.
As Christians, we are called to pursue godliness—to reflect the character of Christ in all we do. By cultivating virtues like faith, goodness, knowledge, self-control, perseverance, godliness, brotherly kindness, and love, we become more like Christ.
Brethren, let us surrender to and rely on God's immeasurable power for Christian growth, so that we will experience a deepening of our relationship with Him and a flourishing of godly character in our lives.
