[42] They devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer.
The early believers, captivated by the message of Christ, devoted themselves to the apostles' teaching. They understood that the Word of God is a lamp to our feet and a light to our path, guiding us in the ways of righteousness.
Today, as recipients of the Holy Spirit, we are called to a similar devotion to the Scriptures. Through the study of God's Word, we deepen our understanding of His character, His promises, and His will for our lives.
A Spirit-filled life actively engaged in Bible study is not just a ritual; it is a transformative journey where the Word shapes our thoughts, attitudes, and actions.
