[2] who have been chosen according to the foreknowledge of God the Father, through the sanctifying work of the Spirit, to be obedient to Jesus Christ and sprinkled with his blood: Grace and peace be yours in abundance.
You are not just chosen but sanctified with a divine purpose – to be obedient.
In the sanctification process, God refines us, molding our hearts to align with His will. It is not merely a selection but a consecration, a setting apart for a higher purpose.
You are chosen and sanctified not for your glory but for the praise of God's glory, so let every step you take, every decision you make, be guided by the divine compass of obedience.
