[1] Remind the people to be subject to rulers and authorities, to be obedient, to be ready to do whatever is good,
Obedience to earthly authorities is not merely a matter of compliance, but a reflection of our commitment to higher principles. It is a testament to our acknowledgment of a divine order that transcends the temporal realm.
However, our obedience is not passive acquiescence; it is an active participation in the betterment of our community. Titus encourages us to be ready for every good work, emphasizing the call to contribute positively to the world around us.
Our obedience, therefore, extends beyond mere adherence to laws—it becomes a means by which we actively engage in promoting justice, compassion, and kindness.

Heavenly Father, we praise You. Lord, help us to submit to authority, in Jesus' name. Amen.
