2 Timothy 1:9 NIV
[9] He has saved us and called us to a holy life—not because of anything we have done but because of his own purpose and grace. This grace ...,
God has not only saved us by His grace but also called us to live a holy and set-apart life. Our calling to holiness stems from God's purpose and grace, not our own merits, and was revealed through Christ's life, death, and resurrection.
Despite potential suffering and challenges, as believers, we must not be ashamed of the gospel but embrace our calling with faith, knowing that God is faithful to guard and empower us.
God's victorious plan for us includes a life of sanctification and transformation, reflecting His character and bringing glory to His name. By living out this holy calling, our lives become a testimony of God's grace and the transformative power of His victorious plan.
Shalom.
Let's Pray:
Heavenly Father, we praise You. Lord, may our lives be a living testimony of Your grace and the transformative power of Your victorious plan, in Jesus' name. Amen.
