The Fulfillment of the Law
“Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them.
Today, we see the importance of the law in Jesus' teachings and His mission to fulfill it. Jesus never put the law in isolation, but upheld it, acknowledging that even the smallest letter and the least stroke of pen shall be fulfilled.
As Christians, we are called to follow the law and strive to live in accordance with it, while also recognizing that Jesus' sacrifice on the cross fulfilled the requirements of the law and paved the way for our salvation.
May we always remember the significance of the law and seek to honor it in our lives that God's Word will be paramount in our lives for His glory.
