Theme for the Week: THE IMPORTANCE OF THE LAW

All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness,
Today, we find a powerful affirmation of the divine origin and significance of the entire Word of God. This includes the law, which plays a crucial role in guiding our lives and deepening our relationship with our Creator.
While some may perceive the law as burdensome or restrictive, we must recognize its true purpose: to lead us towards righteousness and to reveal our need for God's grace. The law provides a moral compass that guides and exposes our shortcomings and points us toward the redemption found in Christ.
As we embrace the truth that all Scripture is inspired by God, we are called to approach the law with reverence and understanding, knowing that the law, while foundational, is not meant to be a source of salvation in and of itself. Instead, it reveals our need for a Savior and points us towards the ultimate fulfillment of the law in Jesus Christ.
May we cherish and uphold the entirety of God's Word, recognizing its authority and power to shape our hearts, minds, and actions, and to lead us to the abundant life found in Christ.
